they have avoidance down to a fine art
True - however threatening with the small claims seemed to do the trick. Money was refunded within two days of the threat.
Only thing was they seem to have passed the buck to VISA by using a chargeback as opposed to section 75 that they were told we were claiming under.
I don't think we are finished with complaints yet.0 -
Nationwide was much better when Frank Bough had something to do with it....0
