Hi Izzy
I take it you still can, because if you were mis sold for any reason, you have been out of pocket due to this, so no harm in trying.

Hi there
I've just been successful with a PPI reclaim from Argos for my mums account, she defaulted on it back in 2005 and it has been part of a CCCS DMP since then (minimal £5 a month). I have just got round to going through everything, my Mum had no clue what PPI was and has never worked so certainly missold!
I sent off the claim letter and within a week had a response saying the PPI would be refunded to the account, the interest on the account is frozen and has been for the last 4 years but they still paid up.
I'm also trying to reclaim charges which is proving a little harder but even then they have made an offer and said it would be credited to the account, if accepted.
I am trying to reclaim PPI on another card which has been sold to a DCA, so not sure how that will go but going to give it a try.
Good luck0 -
