Fascia, soffit - will £1500 be enough

Does anyone know if £1500 will be enough to have new Fascia and soffit (including scaffolding) for a three bedroomed semi-detached house? I just need a rough idea. Also, do they always need to put up scaffolding to do the fascias? Thanks...

Use £50 per metre of soffit/fascia to give you an estimate of replacement cost - this will include the soffit, fascia, guttering, downpipes and their access system.
