We've always found Direct Travel very competitive. Also as we have cover for personal belongings away from home on our contents insurance we ask them to quote without this cover on the travel policy, which takes off 15% I think. Web details are https://www.direct-travel.co.uk

Try THESE which I have been with for the past 2 years. We have just got Annual Insurance Worldwide for 2 of us for £75.

Mother-in-law who is over 65 has been quoted nearly £200 for annual but with these it was about £100.

Which have a report on it,available at your library.See Martins notes on it-Cheapest travel policies. This year I am going with Swiftcover or Travel-insurance web. These came out well in the which report. TIW FRom £27.95 for european annual. They claim to have a price promise.Weirdly,i found it was cheaper to insure my partner and myself seperately rather than jointly.
