bank account charges

Hi all

I have written a letter to my bank requesting my charges back, they sent me back a form for my income/outcome, which I have sent back, they have sent a letter now stating that I do not meet their criiteria for being in financial hardship and that they will not refund my charges until they have heard the outcome of their last appeal.

My question's are, can i still claim these charges back once the rulling has been done?

and, can I then make a new claim for the interest aswell up to the point in which I claim?

Any advice would be greatly appreicated as my bank just says I will have to wait the outcome and they can't advise further

Kind regards

Yes to both questions. Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?
I may miss your response since I am normally on the reclaims forum.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    Hi natweststaffmember

Thanks for the reply, I don't have any rent or mortgage arrears but do owe money on 3 credit cards, have a loan that has been stopped as i could no longer afford the payments and I am just making a small payment each month and have arrears for council tax and mobile phone.

My income at the moment is state benefits as I was made redundant and my wife only works 2 days a week, when i filled my form in it worked out that I had £37.00 a month spare.

    Hope this helps

Does anybody know when the hearing should taking place?

    Kind regards
