Just noticed this in our local paper when looking at properties. Does anyone know what this means? On properties advertised in Scotland.

Shared ownership scheme to help low income folks buy houses - a housing association buys part of the house, the buyer the remainder.
LIFT will only provide finance on certain houses, and these are the 'criteria'.
