Flac to MP3/Ipod

Whats the quickest way to convert nearly 800mb of flac files to MP3? not too bothered about super quality....appreciate any ideas

http://www.aplusfreeware.com/categories/Audio-Video/dBpowerAmp.html & flac codec. Use Windows Explorer to select all, right click output to dbpoweramp ... mp3 you may need to install the lame mp3 encoder too.
Alternatively, install WinAmp, install the flac plugin, then use a guide - I've used it once, but it was awkward where as dbpoweramp was much easier by comparison.
On a quad-core system the conversion of 15 GB took around 5 minutes or so.
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
