claiming back credit card charges.

can someone please tell me, if a credit card has been handed to a DCA, who do i go to , to reclaim the card charges???

it is the original bank/card people or the DCA??

I have used a company, wished I hadn't now, to claim back my credit card charges and they have used a solicitors to take the claim straight to court. They prepared for court last December and everytime time I ring they say they are still waiting for the court hearing date. How long do these things take, I thought I would have had my credit card charges back well before now.
Does anyone know or have had similar experiences?

Ring them and ask for the Court claim number and which court the claim was issued at. Then ring the court with the claim no.and ask what the current situation is.
