Installing Microsoft Office 2007

Hi I want to up date my Office 2002 with MS Office Enterprise 2007 should I uninstall the old office version, or do I install over the top of it?

You can run the 2 versions along side each other , when you install 2007 it will ask you if you want to keep the old version - it is up to you. Office 2007 is very different to earlier versions and takes a while to get used to.0

When installing a newer version, put it into a different folder (run a custom install), I have to run a variety of versions for development purposes, it's also always best to ensure the oldest is installed first (which it is in your case).0

It can cause problems if you keep the old one, I would un-install the old one then install 20070

when it asks you whether you want to keep the old one click no and it will unistall it for you - but it wont delete any of your docssmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....
