Reserve Charges

Hi Barclays Bank has put on a reserve amout which allows you to go over your agreed overdraft. However, if you do go into the reserve you have to pay £22 for every 5 days that you stay in it. Does anyone know if these charges can be reclaimed also, especially if you only go over 1 day it seems an awful lot to pay.
