Talk Talk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are we the only ones having talk talk troubles???
We are talk talk customers and have been for years , ever since they toke over one tel. Up until this bill we had always had talk talk customer calls free, even has a section for this at the top of our bill. Our daughter joined them in May so that we could talk anytime for free but on this bill we where charged £8.93 for our calls to her over the past month.
I phoned them to let them no there had been an error made only to get told you may get your bills from talk talk, your calls may go though talk talk but your not a talk talk customer! So I emailed customer services, their reply was roughly the same apart from the statement that if you want to be a talk talk customer you need to calls us to set up an account. Even though the leaflets that came with our bill always start with "As a Talk Talk customer you already know you're saving money with us" etc.
I have emailed them back again insisting on a full refund of the £8.93, and that we are not prepared to drop this even if we have to take it to the managing director, and we will!
But to make matters worse when I phoned my daughter yesterday she had had her bill and her calls to us where listed as free on the calls to talk talk customers section. It just makes me so mad that big company's like this are so quick on promoting there services but are not keen to give them out.We are also a Tiscali B/B customer that has now been taken over by talk talk , so we are now just for the first mess up there!
I think we will end up changing company's, loyalty never counts for anything these days.
As it is my daughters routers has not worked properly since they joined in May and when she phones up the tech guy say their routers never go wrong it the line and the line guys say its a faulty router .
As a company !!!! well they don't seam to care shall I leave it at that.
But if anyone out there has had troubles and got some where please let me know how

    Hi Lee,

Are you or your daughter TalkTalk Onetel customers or are you with TalkTalk directly. as OldGreyFox has recommended I can help on the TalkTalk forums as long as you're not with TalkTalk Onetel as I have no visability of their billing.

    Cheers

Hi thanks for replying. as to you question its a good question as far as we knew when onetel was taken over by talk talk we were just told that they had taken them over never have we been told that onetel was kept separate so who know we only get info say as a talk talk customer never do we or ever have we had anything addressed to us say as a talk talk /onetel customer . If we had not been talk talk customer all these years, how come we have been getting talk talk to talk talk calls listed as free and also if we weren't going to get the free calls to our daughter she would never of joined , now she is getting her calls to us free and we are being charged, so you could say we are not happy. If we are onetel still this is the first we have heard of it and feel very mislead. If we're not then we're not impressed. We are looking for a new supplier faith in talk talk has completely gone, they still haven't replied to my last email, I really feel they just don't care .

    Hi Lee12,

Could you PM me your account number and I'll be able to let you know if its TalkTalk or TalkTalk Onetel. I can then either help you out or get this to someone that can help you in Onetel.

    Cheers
