WD is not only anti-virus but malware scanner too. From experience, if you set it to keep quiet and do a scan/update from time to time it will stay out of your way.0

It's an anti-spyware application, not an anti-virus.
In my experience, it doesn't do much detecting of anything at all. It doesn't seem to hurt to leave it running though.0 -
Yeah, it reminds me of the the old MSAV (MicroSoft Anti Virus) program that came with DOS.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0
