JSA confusion

So I've started to sign on for JSA. I completed my application on the 8th June, then 2 weeks later signed on for the first time yesterday ( 22nd June ). Before I went to sign yesterday I checked my account balance and I was creditedd £29.12 for JSA. Is this some kind of mistake? They told me I'd recieve £50.95 every week, I'm a bit confused as I recieved £29.12 before I even went to to sign

Also how long does it take for the money to be credited into your account after signing in?

You get paid in arrears, so you'll be paid for the period 8th June - 22nd June normally 3 working days after you sign.

The £29.12 you've received would have been for the period from your initial application (phone or internet) and your initial interview on the 8th.

Okay so I sent my form online on 29th May, 2nd June I had a telephone interview, 8th June I have my first face-to-face interview and 19th June I signed on.

When do I get paid? I haven't received any payment as yet. Should I get paid tomorrow?
