bank charges second claim

I successfully reclaimed bank charges about 3 years ago when my husband was alive, they paid up on hardship grounds, he was ill with Alzheimers.He has since passed away. I am a pensioner and only income is state pension, I am paying charges most months, can I put in another claim.
