can i still claim ???

Hi this is my first post on this forum, hope someone can help me. Can i still claim back from lloyds tsb after they closed my account, and passed it on to a debt recovery company, and if so how do i get to find out what they owe me, as i got my bank statments online, and now i can not access my account online. any advice would really be appreciated.
