Hi bwfclad. I was thinking the same, so I looked on their website for T&Cs. This is the one that's relevant, I think:

Draws: Draws for Ticket Prizes (defined in condition 13 below) will occur at randomly selected times throughout the Promotion Period averaging one draw every 90 minutes throughout the Promotion Period. The first valid entry received after this randomly selected time that has a valid entry code AND matches the correct BPL team (drawn randomly) will win a Ticket Prize. If the correct BPL team is not matched by an entry during a draw, then there will be no winner for that draw and the Ticket Prize will be rolled over into the subsequent draw until winners for each Ticket Prize are drawn.

So you need to be the first person to enter after a random point AND be the supporter of their randomly-chosen team. I'm not a mathematician, but I'm sure somebody can work out the (very slim) chance of being a winner on this one!

I won 3 times during last season so it is very possible to win all you need is luck

I also won twice last season. The first lot I must have spun the balls hundreds of times. The second win was on my third spin of the balls. Luck and perseverance are the name of the game

sorry I only just saw the replies on here! to answer the question, i reckon I spun the balls around 30 times in total. it's the best win Ive had so far!:j

i sent a few texts and had no luck, i went on the barclays website (barclays customers only do this) and registered my details, you then double the chance to win, a few more trys and hey presto i won a pair of tickets for Liverpool home game, you then text back your details to another number and someone from barclays contacts you to tell you when you will get your tickets.

so keep trying, and good luck..... and thankyou Barclays.
