Bank charges & PPI advice please.....

Hi, we are seriously considering reclaiming back considerable bank charges and ppi, but are concerned how this would affect our relationship with the bank. My fiance is self employed with his own business and currently has overdraft facilities, credit card and loan with Lloyds - business and personal as well as a mortagage. If we were to proceed in claiming these charges back (amongst others) is it likely that they would ask him to pay the overdrafts back? Also there are two charges on the property (Business loan and Mortgage), would this be affected at all?

Basically if we claim back what we are entitled to would Lloyds penalise us for it? If anyone could give us some advice or maybe someone has experienced this sort of reaction from their bank we would be extremely grateful.

Many thanks!
