    Does that mean you've got a pile of old dormant cards with available credit showing on your credit report from previous balance transfers?

    Nah tbh I cancel most of them after tranfering balance but have a couple available for emergency
    Hubby has said this time he will take one out in his name and pay off the remaining balance before the 0% deal ends......we'll see
