Brittle bone disease is caused by a genetic mutation, not lack of sunlight.
Most children will be out of doors for more than an hour a day - walking to and from school, playtimes, lunchtime, playing outside after school. This should be coupled with a healthy diet containing sufficient amounts of vitamins and minerals to ensure good health.0
