Thanks, I almost bought tickets for this last week. But I only want Sunday tickets as I'm at a wedding on the Sat. think i'll be ok getting in with this on the Sunday only or I'll have to go on the Sat morning?
I can't see why you shouldn't be able to, but it may be worth phoning them before ordering.
BTW - there's 5% cashback on Quidco for this deal :money:some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0 -

Could not believe this when i came across it, i thought of the usual moto of if it seems to good to be true then it probably is but... gave them a call and they confirmed that it was in fact true, you buy a mac for £10 and you get festival tickets worth £250.
To answer a few earlier questions for those who don't have time to read t&cs, basically, with the mac you receive a letter and an e-mail address to e-mail your guestlist names to. Then you take the letter with you, with some photo ID and they let you and your guest in.
From past festival experience i doubt they check ID but better safe than sorry.
The only concern i have is that it's subject to availability and non refundable. Forgot to ask when i called, but hey, worst comes to worse and you've given a tenner to charity so not all that bad!0 -
I'm normally wary but there's not a great deal to lose on this, so given it a go.
It's unusual, but then I remember O2 giving away free or BOGOF tickets to Wireless a few years ago. They've arranged the festival, booked the bands, so at least they won't have an empty site...
Or, M&M have a load of crappy macs.
Edit: Another thing to consider - the few times I've been a Guest at a festival, the tickets were free but you were asked for a compulsory charity donation (min £20). I've seen this at Leeds and Latitude - so maybe something to bear in mind/check.0 -
Yes that definitely something to bear in mind regarding a charitable donation at festivals. At T in the Park all the donations go to Rachel House, the local children's hospice. Its an excellent cause and you are still in alot cheaper than a full-price ticket. You can't just pay a token amount, they set the donation price and its well over £30. Make sure you take enough cash so you can pay!!0
