i have given up reclaiming on the grounds of any hardship, when is the next big day in the test case? any nearer to a date of conclusion? what are the odds on the consumer winning this battle?

Hi Mikeandrach, I believe the test case with the house of Lords begins tomorrow and I also believe it won't last any more than three days. I think if you click on home at the top of the site there may be a link to the article Martin keeps up to date on the subject...

If you scroll down to the timeline, it tells you at the bottom the case starts on 23rd June 2009
As for the odds on the consumer coming out on top, I'm not sure... I am optimistic tho, as I have around £4k worth of claims in the queue!!0
