Does anybody know of an insurance company that covers the swine flu? We are going to NZ and Australia in November and don't want our trip to be at risk if either closes its borders or we are advised not to travel.

Fortis through a broker should cover cancellation as long as take cover out before any warnings not to travel from the Foreign Office.

If your holiday is already booked you really should insure it asap, and not think as some people do, that you have plenty of time as it\'s in November....anything can happen here that could stop you travelling.

gordi - so right - if you've book, then insure, if it goes bad tomorrow you're covered but not if you insure later.
