Capital One CCA Letter - Help!!

Hopefully someone can help with the CCA agreement that Cap One sent out to my OH. We sent out a few and the 12 days + 2 are up on Thursday so far Cap One are the only ones who have replied.

The letter says 'Please find enclosed a copy of your credit agreement as requested. In accordance with section 78 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and the Consumer Credit (Cancellation Notices and Copy Documents) Regulations 1983, this is your original agreement, and if any terms have been varied, then the copy agreement will include the updated terms. In additions, your personal details, the signature box, signature and date of signature have been ommitted from the copy provided as permitted under Regulation 3 of the Consumer Credit (Cancellation Notices and Copy Documents) Regulations 1983.'

Then enclosed is there up to date Information leaflet about Cap One credit cards and also a letter with the Terms of your Capital One Credit Card Agreement with the account number and credit limit typed at the top of the page.

Is this what was supposed to be sent out or not as we do not have a clue. Any help would be great, funny my OH has been writing to Cap One for months to try and sort out his debt and Cap One will not reply to his letters as he does not sign them, this is the first time they have actually written to him!! Did try to put the letter on but computer is playing up at the moment, thanks for reading and hopefully someone can help.
 Had lbm, switched it off too many times. Now am trying to sort my life out :T:T

The enforceability of the agreement for a start!

OP, have a read of this thread - all letters and info you'll need are here.

Takes a bit of reading but well worth it if you want to learn the laws of unenforceability and what can and can't be done!
