Tax credit nhs

I just wondered if a tax credit exemption certificate is given for NHS treatment and is valid for a certain period of time...but then before this runs out, circumstances change which mean you are not getting tax credits does this mean you should not use the tax credit exemption certifictae for NHS treatment? It does not say anywhere that this is the case..

i think you can use it until it expires

Yes they can be used until they expire which is the end of june.

OK. A friend of mine stated this but I thought he was lying about it as I didnt think he should do that...

I haven't recieved one,and when I rang the IS office she stated they weren't sending out the cards but would send me a letter confirming I am entitled. Very odd. I have also been told by tax credits that you can use your award letter to show you are entitled if the cards don't come out on time,which I didn't know.
