Absolutely appaling customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses with a simple prescription and it took 4 weeks for them to arrive, despite their 3 day promise.
You can't talk to anyone at the company, you can only get through to a call centre in India where all they can do is ask someone to email you.
When my glasses finally did arrive, one of the lenses had not been secured to the frame properly and were unusable.
Absolutely terrible company - avoid at all costs!
