Can you believe back in Jan, I paid off my Monument account and closed it. Got a statement through in Feb saying I still owed £7.. went down and paid it, then in March got a statment saying I was £7 in credit!!! I wrote to them and asked them to refund the money or transfer it a bank account. 2 weeks letter no reply so I wrote to them taking an official complaint!!!

yeap.. silly APR hence I was quick to get rid after my light bulb moment.. I know at my place it cost about £350 just in labour to deal with a complaint.. silly fools!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092
