Hi All
Well, I've had it. I now need to send all my card statements thru so they can see the activity on the cards (balance transfer shuffling for the last 4 years).
Loads of questions, took and hour and a quarter. We are keeping the car which is a relief. They have left it all hanging in the air unfortunately; they will review the card statements, look at the way I drew money out of the business account to live on and may or may not need another interview. No mention of an IPO / IPA, I guess that may come in a letter - actually, they didn't ask about monthly outgoings.
To be honest, I cant say I don't care as I obviously do as it feels crappy but theres no way back from here and theres nothing new they can find out to make the situation worse - it's no different to the day I went BR - from that point on, it was end game.
Trying to think of questions asked but really the interview was about scrutinizing the statement of affairs and requesting explanations for debt levels and tying that in to income levels - I guess they want to see if you have been living the high life.
Anyway, what next? Feels like a long road.
Special thanks to:

Good luck wxmlad with yours - hope yours is plain sailing.
Cheers

not much after that , just keep co operating with the OR , youve done the hard bit now.
As for the ipo , they will be looking at your incomings and outgoings and if you have a surplus of £99 or more they will make you pay 50% of this for the next three years. If you have more than £200 then this percentage will rise up to about 70% , I think it is.
They are quite reasonable though ,you dont have to live like a hermit!0 -

I wouldn't worry about it, sounds like my case with all the balance transfers, taking cash out of the business AND not putting any in. In the end she asked for the accounts last years ( breakdown) basic and that was that.
I did tell her that, I had all the business records from 8 years ago till now in various suitcases and if she wanted them, she could av em.
" I don't think we will bother with all that" she replied.:cool:Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

1.Tell the truth, it's never as worse as you think it will be.ORs are intuitive.
2.And the hold the thought-are you a bad person?
3.After the event, it's easy to say, but we all worried and expected the worst case scenario.Invariably, it wasn't as bad as we'd prepared.
