Cant seem to log on my account with to sainsburysbank.co.uk I am using windows7 and get this error

    have you tried using firefox or compatibility mode in IE8?

    Tried it in compatability mode still get that message,its the only banking site out of 8 I use that wont work :mad: Might try firefox but really want to use egg manager and it wont log on with that either

    have you checked that ie8 is set to accept cookies? it should be somewhere in the tools menu, however, i don't use IE so i don't know exactly where the option is

    It's cold-comfort I know, but you can (probably ) rule out the Sainsbury's website as I just logged into mine OK. I don't have any suggestions I'm afraid. Hope you get it sorted.

    You might need to add the site to your "trusted sites" list in IE. But from past experience this causes a f***ing popup window everytime you visit a trusted site!
    Why do I need to confirm a site that ive added to my trusted zone???? GRRRRR!!!!

    SO, anyway......

    Try Firefox or Google chrome, they work without any sillyness.
