Credit Card for Low Paid ppl?

Can anyone tell me if there's a credit card that they will give to someone on under £7000 a year but with a 0% transfer opening offer?
I recently dropped down to part time and even though my partner has a good wage and I have checked my credit rating and have no problems, I am being refused credit cards now.
I have had quite a few in the past and had no problem getting credit at all before so i'm presuming its my cut in wages.
Am I expecting too much?

Try FlyBe card by Sygma Bank. It offers 0% for 6 months and tends to be more accepting of low income earners. Good luck! :beer:0

I don't think that Vanquis will offer a 0% promotion, although Tesco offer 0% on Balance Transfers for 6 months with a 2% fee.0 -

Tesco do ask for earnings info
Yes maybe but isn't taken into account; see here: http://www.tescofinance.com/personal/finance/finance/creditcards/elh/what-doesnt-count-towards-a-credit-score.html
Well it isn't taken into account for Tesco scoring which, in my opinion, is BONKERS! Good luck whatever you do!
