UK Credit Cards Fo companies abroad

I have a question on behalf of a Tour Operator in Sweden I hope any of you can help me with.
The company is registered in Sweden and have their only office there but are about to employ a guy who's gonna be working for them "out on the field" in London. They want him to have a credit card where the company doesn't get charged for using it abroad, they currently have Euro Card which charges 2% for everytime they use the card abroad.
Does anyone have any good advice for how to go about this?
