    Yes, I've just had yet another interest hike letter too. Now my APR is 34.5%, or 2.5% a month.

    But I'm happy with that. It is my card of choice for getting cash out of foreign ATMs. Sometimes blocked, usually not. Must have withdrawn a few grand in recent weeks in Europe and Asia.

    Borrowing in the normal sense on 34.5% is nobody's cup of tea. But I'm happy to pay 1% (usually much less) for pulling out cash overseas on the basis I send the money a few days later from my current account. Using my debit card directly would cost even more - plus as I need this for my card reader to access my current account, I'd much rather this stays at home/in the hotel/etc.

    So - still excellent value in my opinion. Also get good BT offers from time to time, though I don't generally take these up.
