• By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the competition notice, the competition notice will prevail.
• Goldshield PLC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
• The winning prize will be 12 weeks supply of Appesat and a 2 week holiday for two people (two people sharing a room, not two singles) to a Thomas Cook holiday destination worth £1,500. Holiday selection will be subject to timing and availability.
• Prize winners will be notified by post by 31st October 2009. Prize is not to be used in conjunction with any other special offer/promotion. Travel not included. All entrants must be 16+ and residents of the UK. Employees, families or agents of Goldshield PLC or its associated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
• Competition entries must be made in accordance with the rules before 11.59pm on 11th October 2009. Entries made after this date will be invalid. Judges decision is final.
• If a competition winner fails to respond to correspondence and fails for whatever reason to claim their prize within 28 days of receipt, Goldshield PLC and its associated companies are entitled to select an alternative prize winner.
• Goldshield PLC may substitute any prize for a prize of similar nature or value. There is no cash alternative to prize and no prize is refundable or transferable.
• Goldshield PLC accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be recorded as invalid. Proof of despatch will not be proof of entry. Only entries received in accordance with the rules will be accepted.
