i am looking to start a part time degree course, but was wondering where i stand on paying fee's. i earn £12k per yr part time and my hubby earns £20k, we get the basic wftc, as we have a 3yr old. would i be liable for any charges?

Your best bet will be to check with the establishment you hope to study with - they may have different offers depending upon your circumstances and the course you wish to study.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

If you are only doing your degree part time consider the open university - no travel costs, no travelling time, and really good tuition. Have a look!0

on £32K, you will need to pay full course fees with the OU, your above the point for course remission
http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/about/p6_1.shtmlI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
