Yes me.
I got a £153 policy from Lloyds TSB with £120 cashback (cost £33).
I had to make a claim.
The vehicle repair was local and good.
The hire car we got was very good.
We got a Saab, so they did not try to fob us off with an inferior car (although we weren't too bothered to be honest).
The excess on the hire car was smaller than our normal insurance and they also insured both of us (husband and wife), so I was overall very happy with the service I got from Lloyds TSB.

I have a few niggles over a few tiny matters of claim and call handling, but they are relatively picky.
The repair and hire car were good.

Of course if you are implying that it's a case of "buyer beware" then you have a valid point. Cheapest is not always best.
But in answer to your question, YES I had a succesfsul claim after paying only £33 for my car insurance.
The fact that you get quidco cashback does not affect the quality of service you received from the insurer in any way.
