    Hi Di,
They do not, and have not, tried to take payments for the CC or loan from my bank account. As of last November they stopped interest on the loan, don't know how long for though. My CC was passed to Central debt Recovery (CDR) earlier this year and no interest or charges are being put on that either, for the time being. I am also claiming PPI for the CC and hope that it will bring the balance down if/when it is agreed, (gone to Ombudsman at mo).

    Hi Karen.

Glad they sorted this out for you for now, all the best with this.;)

Unfortunately, even after them taking the token payments and we cancelled our DD on the loans, they taken the full repayments but taken them on my autistic son's DLA (disability living allowance), they did refund them within days when I complained, but will see what happens when they are due early July, or when they would have been due.

Good luck with the PPI and the FOS, now in regards of PPI reclaiming this is something I can try to help with lol.:D;)

We have a few in regards of lloyds as well.
I was successful months back with reclaiming ppi back (lloyds) but through the FOS on my credit card which I paid this one off in 2004, my hubby won one case back as well and has another with the FOS right now.;)

Keep me posted on this, good luck.:AX

Di Lloyds were threatening to take the money out of my accounts including a £70 charge for non payment of loan even though they were getting the DMP payments then (they were even threatening to take the money out of an empty savings account I had with them). I closed the savings account but they wouldn't let me close the main account with them because it was with collections.

So I took out the pence that was in the main account and wrote to collections declaring my account dormant. By then we'd changed our banking to Nationwide. Since there is nothing going inot or out of the account the threats to take monies owed from it have dried up.

I have the address for Richard Moore. I shall dig it out later (once the kids have gone to school) and PM it to you. Remember to use the term 'finanical hardship' as many times possible in your letter.
