Just got some money, over the yearly ISA amount (roughly £10k) and am just wondering where will be the best place to put it for a couple of years?

If you don't need to get at it for 2 years, then you could put it in a fixed rate bond. ICICI do a 2 year one at 4.35%
Are you a higher rate tax payer?
Have you already filled your cash ISA allowance for this year?0
