I had a credit card for 10yrs and spent about 2o,ooo on this including all the charges, paid all this up and finished with the card about 4yrs ago.
I would like to know am I still entitled to reclaim back all the charges they incurred on me for late payments etc. even though I no longer have the card.

I beleive you can claim back anything as far back as July 2007....As a rough rule of thumb, try to reclaim all charges dating back to July 2001. This is because the standard rule is you can claim back six years, yet the FSA said the clock stopped when the hold on reclaiming started in July 2007, and this is six years before that.0

That is for bank charges and not credit card charges so unfortunately its 6 years from today so 2003.0
