Hi
I purchased a voodoo knife block set from play.com last october.
I love the product but the Knives in the set have started to rust even though they are stainless steel.
I reported this to play.com a few weeks ago and they gave me the standard go to the manufacture. And then they gave me some details.
The details they gave were for an affiliate who holds no stock.
So today i rang them back telling them the information they had give me was wrong. I told them i wanted them to sort it out, but they were unwilling to and said contact the manufacture again. But they do not have the details to give me !!!!!!
At present they still sell the item on there website.
So what do i do next !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, as purchases with Play.com are governed by the laws of Jersey, you have fewer consumer rights than you would in the UK.
Perhaps have a read about what rights you have in Jersey on the Jersey Citizens Advice Bureau website: http://www.cab.org.je/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=725&Itemid=590
