Aha! Just when I happen to have 5 organic free range (i.e. too expensive to waste!) eggs which go out of date tomorrow. Thanks black-saturn!
While on the subject of your recipes, may I say I made my second strawberry and banana cobbler for Sunday pudding yesterday and my housemate is so in love with it

Heres the cobbler recipe:
Fruit Cobbler Recipe
In an oven proof dish add in 1 mug of self raising flour, 1 mug of granulated sugar and 1 mug of milk. Mix it all up so it's thoroughly mixed together and then add 1 tin of value tinned fruit of your choice on top. Bake in the oven on gas mark 4 until golden. The flour mix will rise up above the fruit.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040 -
Thanks for another fab recipe Black Saturn - My 14 year old just made us the omelettes for dinner (an almost unheard of activity!) and they were delicious. :T :T :T

This is probably a reaaly stupid question but.....do you drain the fruit first? I'd hate to waste it....
