Confused over tax credit rates

Can someone advise - if you are eligible for working tax with no child tax element - the IREC site says Basic Rate £1890 per year and the 30 hour element is £775. Do you get both of these payments if you work 30 hours ? or do you only get the £775 ?? Also ? if you work 30 hours and get the disability premium do you get all 3 payments ??

I currently get DLA and receive the disability premium and the basic rate but am waiting to hear about my renewal and am panicking about what I might get if they turn me down for DLA this time. Fact is I am not capable of working more than I do, I currently work 21 hours and that is a real struggle for me. I dont even know if I am capable of working 30 hours but if I lose all tax credit I cant manage and just trying to get straight in my head what I might be entitled to worse case scenario.

Can someone please explain to me

Yes you get both the basic element plus the 30 hour element. It looks like you would also get the 3rd disability element too.

Bear in mind the total is reduced depending on your income.

Thank you for clarifying that for me. I'm just still waiting for my DLA renewal. Another day gone and no decision. It is soul destroying and making me ill :( Good to know what options I have, although I dont currently work 30 hours as I'm not really fit enough, but even if I were, there are no more hours available where I work to give me so if I dont get the DLA renewed I'm up the creek without a paddle.
I mean my circumstances have not changed, if anything I'm worse but the DWP are a law unto themselves and I have read of so many much worse people than me having their applications turned down.
