Adrian Flux Insurance Services AKA Bikesure Review Beware ?

I just passed my motorbike test. I insured my bike via the bikesure website which is Adrian Flux Insurance Services. The gave me a policy with QBE insurance. My bike got stolen :( Now they want to send someone to see me. OK. But this is a company with laser printed letter head from a PO box with no website nothing..... Any advice?

I'm not sure what your post means as its not very clear.

With a theft claim Insurers always visit the policyholder to go over the claim or send a company that specialises in handling claims.

If you are refering to QBE as having laser headed paper and a PO box they are one of the ten largest Insurers in the world, they are a proper bona fide company. If you have a valid claim and have abided by the policy conditions eg garaging the bike if its a requirement, then you should not have a problem
  • Their address is : Adrian Flux Insurance Group East Winch Hall East Winch KINGS LYNN PE32 1HN. Contact Number: 08700 772266
  • I insured with Bikesure for 6 years with no claim. I reinsured 14 12 10 for 12 months @ £135. On 31 01 11 I sold the bike and cancelled the insurance. They have given me £12.37 refund for 45 weeks unused insurance. I queried the amount and after 5 weeks they have still not replied. Is this a rip-off or not?

Can you tell us what the cancellation terms are in your policy documentation, Wistman?

  • Had a trike insured with this lot, 12 month policy cost £215. Cancelled after 3 months when sold the trike and was offered 67p ( yes 67p ) as a refund on cancellation. Complained and they upped this to around £34. Total rip off, avoid them like the plague!!!:mad::mad:
