ouch to the under the nail thing hun, I havent tried sea salt ones I dont think, have used various emoliants, steroids and coal tar creams, will have to try sea salt next then x.

I add sea salt to the bath for my excema (if I spelt that right) and that works really well.
    Keep thinking positively

hon i have had it for the last couple years doc gave me steroid creams which didnt help i was left with the skin becoming thinner but same symtoms horrible reddish/brown scaly skin used sudocreme which is for babies bottoms and that has helped

yeh with the steroid creams they do say not to use them for long periods of time cos of skin thinning so I like to have a few weeks break every now and then, tbh though they just dont do anything anyway, pretty sure I have tried sudocrem before but will give it another whirl as I have some of that to hand anyway !!! thanks hun x.

I think tbh there is no cure, it just makes me feel so yukky cos it looks gross and theres nothing I can do about it.

that would be great if you dont mind hun, your not wrong about the nhs being pants with psoriasis, i've suffered with it since I was a child too and its never properly been under control, mine usually improves in summer as the sun helps it but this year its more itchy and sore and scaly than ever.

I did wonder about going to one of these chinese remedy places, we have one on our highstreet, has anyone been to one of these before?
