Well done, Al Mac on reaching 50K!!

Currently trying to pack my things, or at least some of them, ready for moving. It's going to take forever as the downside to comping and freebies is I have accumulated loads of stuff since moving to this place. Thank god my new room is bigger and has a lock on it!!

Good afternoon everyone, hope all is well. Congratulations on all winners today.

I've been out buying BBQ food for the weekend and trying to make OH's pressies up to 40 - I still need another 15!! Seriously don't think its going to happen!

Toni, yes thankyou, I am feeling much much better. x I slept last night with a wet bath towel over me - it was bliss!

It's a flat in Kensington (Liverpool), 2 minutes from the Lidl store.

There's good and bad about it.

Good: All bills included, plus a flat is cheaper to heat than a house so we won't go over our allowance. 2 of the housemates are French, so more likely to be well behaved and maybe even cook nice food!! It's a bit nearer town than my current house. 2 bathrooms for the 5 of us. My room locks and has a sink.

Bad: It's up loads of stairs, dreading what it'll mean for postie!! A long way from job centre so hoping to be able to transfer to the one in town as it's nearer. It's a quite rough area. If we don't get on, there's less space to run away/hide.
