Sky+ in bedroom

Hi all,
I have ran a normal coax cable from our sky+ box in the lounge to our bedroom tv. Didn't have a male adaptor for the aerial to go into the rf2 slot on the box so it had to go into the line in socket. I get a picture in the bedroom but it is a bit fuzzy.
I am going to get a male to female adaptor today so that it goes into above line out socket. Will this solve the fuzziness??? If not would a booster work??? Failing that have i done something wrong???
Also we have 2 sky+ boxes is there a better way for me to rig up the system or be able to use both boxes. I have just bought a magic eye so will be able to change channels from the bedroom.
I hope soneone tells me it is easier to come out the aerial!?!? (and save me a lot of hassle climbing around conservatories etc yesterday!)
Thanks

You can get a wireless video sender for less than £20.00. Tesco got one which also comes with magic eye. I bought one (£17.00) couple of months back and it is very good.0

I was having this conversation yesterday and assumed you still needed to send the signal up to the box!!! Thanks. Will use one on our spare room i think. Heard that picture quality can be effected but we don't have a big tv upstairs anyway. Would i still be able to do this now ive sent the cable up etc?
Thanks,0 -
There is no need for any cables if you use the video sender. Also there are some comes with more than one reciver. I have small TV in the bedroom and the picture quality is good.

ok so i get the wireless but what about my questions?
On a moneysaving issue my setup cost me about £5 for a magic eye and an adapter. Cable was FOC from work.
Just makes me feel a bit better!0 -
Yes to answer your quaestion with the correct connection the picture via cable will be fine.
Use the powered RF outlet on the skybox and that powers the magic eye.
Is the magic eye one that just goes straight in the aerial socket? if so put that in the tv, then put the cable from the rf outlet on sky box into it.
Make sure the rf power is activated (on sky remote press service 4 0 1 enter - ((i think ))- and a menu comes up, select RF outputs and activate in the menu - if you have a prob ill chk it tonight)
The led on the sky eye should come on when it is in use which signifies it is working.
Last one of mine i hadnt done the connection quite right and had to redo it. I tested the magic eye but using a premade cable.
Good luck0
