How? change email signature thingy

My DH and I have an email account at home. Every email that I sends says: joe Bloggs < Bloggs@wanadoo.co.uk wrote.....

even when I write it.

Is there a way of adjusting the email account/Outlook set up so that it says:
Joesephine Bloggs< Bloggs@Wanadoo.co.uk wrote...

My girlfriends keep thinking that he is sending them emails, when in fact it is me, especially when I forget to sign them!

In case you could not tell, i am not techie minded. So if you have a suggestion, kep it simple :rolleyes:

Are you using outlook express? If you are and I am following you correctly you need to click tools, then down to accounts, in the new box select the right email account and then click properties. You will be able to change it from there.

That is if thats what you meant
