Please add the following to your post
Operating System eg Win2k or Xp Pro SP1, OSX etc.
& say what you already tried but didn't work, no piint in people trying to help and find out you already tried that process.
I'm willing to help and I see a few others are too but help us help you be giving enough information in the first place.
