Just ordered a case too and it stated £16 something when I pressed buy now so that is what it should come through as

oh wow i just did it. 13 bottles for £22.36 bargain. Just have to keep the children away from them. They managed to smash 2 bottles when helping with the shopping in the last 3 weeks.

Subtotal = £41.37
Delivery = £5.99
Account Balance = £25.00
AMOUNT CHARGED = £22.36

Just deleted all cookies and tried to order another case for my neighbour (she's completely pc illiterate, and doesn't own one that I can use). Tells me I've already ordered and can't use voucher code.

Any suggestions?

I'm guessing if you try to log in with HER details instead of yours it still does this? In which case it must be logging your IP address if you have cleared your history, temp files and cache... Easiest thing would be to pop across to neighbours house and order from her machine in that case

Edited to say that I should really finish reading things before answering. If she doesn't have a PC then maybe she knows someone else who's machine you can use?

Delete cookies.
Shut down the browser and open it up again in a new window.
This should work - it was the only way I could log out of the Virgin Wines website completely. It kept saying "Welcome back, ..."
