I read somewhere about it being a build up about some fluid or other (mmm technical stuff) under the eyes, and it is the simple act of rubbing in the eye cream that helps it to disperse. In theory it doesnt matter what you use as long as it is intended for the eye area. You need to use something so that your fingertips dont drag the skin, and then you do small circles in the affected area for a minute morning and evening. Mine look significantly better after a week of this approach. That said I use estee lauder uncircle. Would not buy again at full price - but it kept coming free with Idealist in duty free!

Not used it myself but read somewhere that Preparation H is good for this. It's a hemmaroid (not sure of spelling) treatment, goodness only knows how someone discovered that it was good for dark circles and puffy eyes. Must have read the box wrong!! lol

I wouldn't use it. Doesn't that shrink the skin? I've heard it can burst the capilliaries and if its got hyrocortisone in it that thins the skin so it cant be good for the already thinner skin eye area. It could be that it looks like it works but over time its going to make it worse I'd think. If it worked and was safe they probably would be advertising the fact to cash in
    Thanx
