hi
recently bought ex demo laptop from PC world @ £299 they then through in setup cost of £118 bringing it to £417 ok fine. Went to return laptop same day after being told i would have to wait 28days for a new keyboard as it was faulty being ex demo. They then said they could offer refund on laptop but not on the £118 setup as software had already been uploaded windows 2007 & norton & offered me a newer laptop. Im just wondering how I stand is this true or a load of tripe as I suspected it is, I know its my fault as I should have shopped around especially now as I can get a Dell delivered for 350ish with preinstalled software am I still able to cancel this or am I stuck with this software thing?
Grateful for all your comments!

You paid £118 for someone to install some software
That is FAR from fine!!
If they have to wait 28 days for a keyboard, it's unlikely they have installed anything on the thing yet.
Dig your heels in an demand a refund.0
