Lots and lots of of hot soapy water, dont rub it or you will scratch it. It may take a while
to soften it enough for it to run away by itself. We had this on our 3 yar old car where a concrete wagon lost some down its chute straight onto our car.
It had to go into a body shop but that is all they did. Patience is the order of the day.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

    I agree.

If it's quite thick in places then you could use a paint scraping blade which is (putting it crudely) the flat end of a stanley knife on a stick. You scrape it away, although I wouldn't put the blade directly to the plastic as you're bound to scrape that too. But to shave some of the concrete off after you've wet it, it might be helpful.

I find the back of my thumbnail invaluable for removing stuff without scratching paint etc. :o
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
